Whether the main ingredients/component information, physical and chemical properties, hazard categories, etc. of the product comply with the mandatory requirements of China's national technical specifications, relevant international conventions, and technical specifications and standards designated by the General Administration of Customs.
Is there a Chinese hazard warning label on the product packaging, is it accompanied by a Chinese safety data sheet, and is the content of the label and safety data sheet in compliance with relevant regulations.

Non hazardous chemicals
Declaration requirements: The shipper or its agent shall declare to the customs before or during the import of the product, and provide commercial documents such as contracts, invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc. when declaring. If it belongs to specific categories such as food detergents and disinfectants, it must also comply with corresponding national standards, such as the GB 14930 series of national food safety standards.
Inspection content:
Verify whether the declared information matches the actual goods, including the name, quantity, specifications, and place of origin of the goods.
Confirm whether the goods comply with the mandatory requirements of Chinese laws, regulations, and national technical specifications. For example, if imported coating products belong to solvent based wood coating products, they must comply with the relevant requirements of CCC mandatory certification.
For some non hazardous chemicals that may affect the environment or human health, customs may conduct random inspections according to relevant regulations to detect whether they contain harmful substances or ingredients that do not meet environmental, hygiene, and other standards.
